English Instructor - Magnecomp Precision Technology Public Company Limited

JOB SUMMARY:

The main scope of the job is to plan, prepare, and deliver effective English language lessons based on the curriculum and participants' needs to support employees' language development in alignment with the Company's strategic goals. The role also includes proofreading and editing company documents, as well as implementing assigned projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare relevant and engaging teaching materials.
• Deliver lessons in a comprehensive manner using appropriate learning technologies and digital tools.
• Provide language learning support and guidance to all training participants in alignment with the Company’s strategic goals.
• Continuously develop and implement innovative solutions to improve English language training programs.
• Assess and record participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback. 
• Provide support and input for proofreading and editing company documents and perform other tasks as required by Human Resources Management.
• Manage assigned projects and ensure their completion on time

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English / English Language Teaching (ELT) or a related field. 
• Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or an equivalent qualification.

Skills and Competencies:

• Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
• Able to facilitate learning and development effectively.
• Able to design English training programs and learning activities for classroom use and online learning. 
• Ability to leverage technology and digital learning tools to enhance training effectiveness and learner engagement.
• Be able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where everyone can express ideas, opinions, and feelings to achieve effective learning results.
• Demonstrate passionate for teaching with the ability to reach out to participants and create a relationship of mutual trust and respect.
• Be able to manage and lead projects.
• Possess strong communication skills to convey information effectively.

Experience:

• At least 8 years of progressively responsible in English language teaching or related types of work.
• Previous experience teaching English in a Thai manufacturing company would be an advantage.
• Strong background in Proficiency testing and other forms of language testing.
