Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering organization-wide learning and development programs while administering compliance-related initiatives, including RBA, TLS 8001, TDK Group Code of Conduct, CSR, and business ethics programs. The role combines curriculum design, training facilitation, competency development, compliance coordination, audit support, HRD systems administration, and learning effectiveness evaluation to enhance organizational capability, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a strong culture of learning and ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop learning programs, curricula, and training materials to support organizational capability development.
- Deliver training programs as an Internal Trainer, including onboarding, leadership, soft skills, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Thai Labor Standard (TLS 8001), TDK Group Code of Conduct, business ethics, and other compliance-related topics.
- Manage and maintain HRD systems, learning records, training data, e-learning, and employee development initiatives.
- Create and maintain learning materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, videos, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
- Coordinate and administer compliance programs, including RBA, TLS 8001, TDK Group Code of Conduct, CSR, and Business Ethics initiatives.
- Support internal audits, corrective action follow-ups, compliance reporting, and adherence to corporate policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and standards, ensuring organizational compliance and timely implementation of required actions.
- Organize and coordinate orientation programs for new employees and other corporate development initiatives.
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Support HR and organizational development projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration or related fields.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated proficiency in using digital learning platforms and tools to deliver training programs and manage learning data effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate meaningful insights, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience in instructional design, including curriculum development, e-learning content creation, and the design of engaging learning materials.
- Sound understanding and practical application of adult learning principles, methodologies, and learning technologies to maximize learner engagement and training effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning technologies, along with a good command of English to support effective cross-functional and multicultural collaboration.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Human Resource Development (HRD), with strong expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and training facilitation.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and exposure to multinational or international organizations will be an advantage.
- Prior experience as a trainer or instructor for corporate learning programs, particularly those related to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and Talent Learning System (TLS) standards, is highly preferred.
- Experience serving as an internal auditor or member of an internal audit committee for international standards within a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and learning content development, including e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions, is preferred.
- Strong ability to design, develop, and implement effective learning and development programs that support organizational capability building and business objectives.
