Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- In charge of new machine, new process develop and mass production for improved process capability, product performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop new process for improvement.
- Optimize product specification base on customer drawing and meet customer requirement.
- To define and optimize internal product specification to meet customer requirement.
- Set up process prototype and provide document.
- Improve process yield and material yield follow process development.
- Report process capability CPK and provide data package.
- Coordinate with production, tool & die, metrology and QA for process develop/product improvement.
- Improve dimension and VMI by automation.
- Sustain machine for NPI build.
- Lead meeting and prepare data package.
Qualifications
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree up in any engineering feld relates.
Skill Required:
- Computer skill English command, Statistical analysis skill (C, C+, C+-+, Vision Pro, SPC, Six sigma)
Experience: 3-6 years.
