Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of adhesive dispensing processes and equipment. This role ensures that dispensing systems meet product requirements, enhance production quality, and support overall manufacturing efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead improvement initiatives and development of adhesive dispensing processes and related equipment.
- Collaborate closely with end users and the product development team to understand adhesive dispensing requirements and design criteria.
- Research, evaluate, and deliver dispensing concepts and solutions that meet product specifications.
- Provide expert guidance to process development and engineering teams regarding adhesive behavior, recommending corrective actions to improve dispensing quality, reliability, and productivity.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
Skill Required:
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, air flow, and materials engineering.
- Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data and engineering drawings.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in computer applications and technical documentation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years working in manufacturing or an analytical laboratory environment.
- Experience in adhesive dispensing or micro-fluid dispensing is a strong advantage.
