Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Quality Control & Improvement activities in conjunction with other departments.
- Supplier management control to supply the parts meeting TDK’s and customer’s requirements.
- Material control/verification/analysis according to TDK’s and customer’s requirements.
- Administration of non-conforming incoming parts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the responding materials used in manufacturers meet specifications and requirements.
- Ensure that all suppliers can control their own manufacturing process to make a consistent supply of quality products meeting TDK’s target.
- Be a communication channel between internal customers and suppliers in terms of incoming material quality concern.
- Review and drive suppliers to improve their quality standard meeting/beyond TDK’s target.
- Feedback and work with suppliers to take actions for quality issue from incoming material.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field.
Skill Required:
- Quality system and statistical analysis.
- MS Office, Minitab.
- English communication.
Experience:
- 4-8 years.
