Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- To response in Analysis Engineering lab and all technical concerns related to cleanliness testing technique/equipment, Chemical Analysis, Material Properties Characterizations. Also across responsible in Project development in process with Engineering team. And respond in Product Environmental Management and system related with TDK requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To response in Analysis Engineering laboratory.
- Set up, Maintain and Improvement of Analysis Equipments (FTIR, IC, LPC, GC/MS,UV-Visible, SEM/EDX, Humidity chamber and Grinder & Polisher m/c).
- Coordinate with customer's lab for cleanliness test equipments and perform correlation.
- To provide the training for staffs.
- To follow up and ensure all analysis equipments are good conditions and be ready to use for both routine and urgent analysis requirement.
- Coordinate with other department to support customer requirement, especially in cleanliness test result, failure analysis and others.
- Work with outside laboratory both local and oversea for the analysis requirement cannot be performed in house.
- Product Environmental Management and related with TDK requirements.
- Prepare and perform correlation with customers and suppliers on 6 months or yearly basis.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor degree in engineering / science field.
Skill Required:
- Fluency in speaking and writhing English
- Knowledge of material science, chemical field
Experience:
- 1-2 years
