Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- To response in cleanroom items cleanliness control and qualification. Also across responsible in cleanroom environment control, monitor and audit, cleanroom discipline and in - process cleanliness control, monitor and audit. Also act as leader for good corporate with supporting team to achieve the assignment for routine and special of job improvement. And response to plan audit supplier for inprocess and quality improvement in term of contamination control including support customer when have audit and follow up all action / process responding
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan to achieve contamination control job function and implementation along the plan
- Cleanroom items cleanliness control and qualification including add in database
- Cleanroom discipline audit plan revising job and procedure per change requirement and weekly
- reporting basis
- In - process cleanliness control on:
- o Equipment & Machine cleanliness audit
- o Tool & Dies, Small tools and fixture cleanliness
- o Process audit and monitoring
- o Line assessment audit in criteria of 5S, cleanliness, tidiness, discipline and safety. Perform audit plan and follow up action response and prepare in weekly report basis.
- Cleanroom environment & support facilities control monitor and audit
- New cleanroom qualification per customer specification and audit
- All di systems and CDA monitor and audit to support facilities and qualification and audit new Di
- systems to be ready for customer per routine schedule and/or new qualification audit
- All cleanroom protocol monitor and audit plan with frequency and specification control per customer
- requirement
- Setup training courses for operators, technicians and engineers in order to handle contamination control and cleanroom discipline in Production line.
- Work with the team as cleanroom discipline auditor to handle contamination control and cleanroom
- Coordinate with other department to support customer requirement, especially in cleanliness test result, contamination control improvement and others.
- Coordinate with offshore vendors to find out the appropriate item for using Production line in order to
- handle the contamination control and cleanroom discipline.
- Other job Assignments.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Faculty of Science or Engineering (whole field)
Skill Required:
- General in fundamental computer program, communication skill and presentation skill.
Experience:
- 0 - 5 years in related field.
