Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- To be a contact person/liaison of the Customer to Magnecomp Internal Organization.
- Represent MPT technical support to communicate and present Products/Process quality control to meet Customer specification.
- Coordinates resolution of quality issues at customer to minimize negative impact at customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, manage, and analyze the process and quality data for customer reports.
- Use data analysis tools or statistical analysis in customer quality problem solving.
- Create and enhance workflow for more efficient data analysis.
- Serve customer and plant to improve all aspects of customer relations (including, but not limited to any change requests)
- Prepare and support customer visit and audit.
- Ensure quality level of product to achieve customer requirements by communicate and coordinate with MPT Internal department
- All report concerning to customer quality issue. (Supporting SPR presentation, Quality initiatives, Shipment report, and or Operation meeting)
- Performs a special project as direct superior assigned.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer quality issues and translate them into actionable insights.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- B.Eng /B.Sc. in any related field
Skill Required:
- Good communication skills in English (written, speaking, presentation)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling
- Strong problem-solving skill and attention to detail
- Strong skills in SPC tools, Data Analysis, Process Variation Analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, Minitab, JMP
- Experience in processing documentation.
