Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Prepare and present quotations for international freight services, including Air Freight, Sea Freight, and other logistics services.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and service conditions with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Customer Service, and Overseas Agents to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Follow up on quotations, sales leads, and customer requirements.
- Monitor shipment status and provide solutions when issues occur.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide after-sales service.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and related documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Service-minded orientation and self-motivation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
- Ability to travel up-country or abroad for work assignments as required.
- Possession of a personal car and a valid driving license.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Shipping / Liner, Freight Forwarder, and/or logistics with TP trade is a plus.
