Responsibilities
- Provide interpretation and translation between Japanese, Thai, and English for meetings, training sessions, business communications, and official documents.
- Support Japanese expatriates and management in daily operations, communication, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Regional Offices and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist management with administrative, operational, and project-related tasks as assigned.
- Manage and arrange executives’ schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide support to the Japanese Kumon Center.
- Travel to provincial Kumon Centers to provide interpretation, coordination, and operational support when required.
- Prepare, review, and translate business documents, reports, correspondence, and presentation materials.
- Ensure smooth communication among management, employees, and external parties while maintaining accuracy and cultural understanding.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Age 23-30 years.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Japanese Language or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an Interpreter, Translator, Secretary, or in a related role.
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1 level) and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken.
- Ability to interpret and translate accurately between Japanese, Thai, and English.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office and other business-related computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage urgent situations effectively.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn new knowledge and skills.
- Able to travel and work outside the office, including visits to provincial Kumon Centers as required.
