Logistic Manager - Kumon (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

• Plan and forecast product purchasing requirements to ensure adequate inventory levels and business continuity.
• Manage inventory control and warehouse operations to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes and manage import and export activities in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare and manage the annual logistics and operational budget. 
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers for land and air shipments.
• Monitor and control product-related costs to ensure cost efficiency and achieve budget targets. 

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Analyze logistics and inventory data and prepare reports for management decision-making.

• Develop and improve logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. 

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant logistics regulations. 

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Age 35-45 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 5-8 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center (DC), or logistics operations, including at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare business reports.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and import documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), and other related documents for land and air freight.
• Knowledge of tax privileges, Form D (ATIGA), and import/export regulations.
• Understanding of domestic outbound delivery management and transportation operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing teams of 10-20 employees.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
