Responsibilities
- วางแผนงานด้านการบริหารผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งระบบ มุ่งเน้นการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
- จัดทำแผนการวิเคราะห์กลุ่มเป้าหมายทางการตลาด เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างแพร่หลายมากขึ้น
- ดำเนินการทางด้านการตลาด ศึกษา สังเกตการณ์ พฤติกรรมความต้องการซื้อของลูกค้า
- วางแผนกระบวนการจัดหาและบริหารสินค้า ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
- วางแผนรูปแบบและวิธีการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นที่รู้จักแก่กลุ่มลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการ บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านบริหารสินค้าในธุรกิจค้าปลีก/ห้างสรรพสินค้า 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีวิสัยทัศน์แบบเปิดกว้าง
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและจัดทำแผนการพัฒนาธุรกิจและการตลาด
- สามารถด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
