Responsibilities
We are looking for a marketing professional with experience in shopping mall or retail marketing to join our team at The Old Siam Plaza. This role plays an important part in developing marketing strategies, organizing promotional activities, and enhancing customer engagement to support the growth and image of the shopping center.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase mall traffic and customer engagement
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities within the shopping mall
- Work closely with tenants to support joint promotions and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal departments, tenants, and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing activities
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness
- Support brand positioning and marketing initiatives for the shopping mall
- Prepare marketing reports and propose new ideas to enhance customer experience and foot traffic
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in shopping malls, retail centers, or commercial properties
- Experience in mall events, tenant promotions, or retail marketing campaigns will be an advantage
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Creative mindset with good analytical ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
