Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand communication strategies to drive traffic and awareness across assigned restaurant concepts.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of F&B and the marketing team to create integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging digital content across all relevant media channels.
• Identify, manage, and recommend appropriate KOLs/influencers aligned with each restaurant concept.
• Work with digital agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and achievement of media KPIs.
• Analyze campaign and promotional performance, including competitor benchmarking, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee the development of all communication materials, from packaging to in-store media.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance by analyzing key factors such as product positioning, display, market trends, and customer insights to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in content marketing and digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of both online and offline campaign planning, with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and performance metrics.
• Creative thinker with a professional mindset and strong team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
