Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for our Thai, English, and Chinese courses
- Coordinate with the content creator, graphic designer, and video editor to produce marketing materials
- Help plan and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line OA, Google Business Profile, and other relevant channels
- Work with management to develop campaign ideas, promotions, and marketing angles
- Monitor and improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including Meta ads, Google ads, and social media content
- Track marketing results and prepare simple reports for management
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
- Coordinate with teachers and staff when marketing content requires input from the academic or admin teams
- Support open house events, school tours, student activities, and community outreach
- Research competitors, market trends, student needs, and new opportunities
- Identify useful partnerships, influencers, content creators, or service providers when relevant
- Suggest practical ideas to improve student enrollment, engagement, and brand awareness
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2C marketing, preferably in education, hospitality, lifestyle, services, or a similar industry
- Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line OA, and Google
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, including Meta ads and Google ads
- Good command of Thai and English communication skills (TOEIC score of 700+ preferred)
