• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify key trends and variances, and prepare insightful reports for management and stakeholders.

• Develop and implement policies for cash handling and banking relationships.

• Evaluate and manage financing options, including credit facilities and loans

• Implement strategies to optimize working capital, including accounts receivable and payable management.

• Manage and monitor the performance of the collections team, setting targets and KPIs.

• Handle escalated cases of non-payment and negotiate repayment plans.

• Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting debt collection

• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• At least 5 years of Finance and Debt Collection Management.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in presentation skills is preferred.

• Reliable, decisive, mature, and innovative with strong managerial capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills in Thai and good proficiency in English; skilled in computer literacy.

• Commitment to uphold corporate values and ethical standards.

• Responsible and capable of working under strict service level agreements.
