Responsibilities
- จัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ต่อรองราคา เพื่อหาผู้รับเหมาที่เหมาะสม ในการทำร้าน สาขา หรือบูธออกงานต่างๆ
- จัดหาประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ ผลิตสื่อรูปแบบต่างๆ เพื่อไปติดตั้งที่ร้าน เช่น Backlit. Lightbor, Backdrop ฯลฯ พร้อมทั้งนัดแนะเวลาเข้าทำงาน
- จัดหาช่างเข้าซ่อมแซม แก้ไข ปัญหาการใช้งานต่างๆ ที่สาขา
- สั่งผลิตของพรีเมียม ของรางวัล ต่างๆ เช่น ผ้าขนหนู เสื้อ Gift Card ถุงเท้า กระเป๋า
- ทำรายงานจัดชื่อ และสรุปส่งเป็นรายเดือน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านจัดซื้อ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้เบื้องต้นเรื่องวัสดุต่างๆที่ใช้ผลิตงาน
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง รับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์
- มีความยืดหยุ่น พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆอยู่เสมอ
- สามารถบริหารจัดการงานให้ทันตามเวลา และสามารถรับงานด่วนได้
