Responsibilities
• Handle ingredient regulatory approval under Thai FDA for functional food and dietary supplement use
• Prepare and submit dossiers such as ingredient registration, notification, and amendment
• Check regulatory status of new ingredients and advise sales and marketing teams on feasibility
• Communicate with Thai FDA officers and related authorities
• Maintain regulatory documents including COA, specification, MSDS, product data, and labels
• Support customers by answering regulatory questions and providing required documents
• Monitor changes in Thai food and supplement regulations and update internal teams
• Work with suppliers to collect technical and regulatory data
• Support internal audits and customer audits related to regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with regional HQ on regulatory strategy and alignment
other ad-hoc jobs based on request.
Qualifications
• 1-3 Years experience in Food science, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in food science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• Experience in regulatory affairs for functional food or dietary supplement ingredients in Thailand
• Good understanding of Thai FDA food and supplement regulations
• Experience working with ingredient dossiers is preferred
• Able to read and prepare documents in English
• Detail focused and well organized
• Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, and authorities
• Own a car and valid driver's license
