Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (Core Duties)
- Grow the sales target of raw materials for Solvent Based Coating (auto refinish), Ink and Adhesive.
- Aggressively identify and secure new customers and projects for additives in Ink and adhesive applications.
- Translate customer requirements into winning value propositions and long-term partnerships.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and principals through regular engagement and high service standards.
- Act as the solution provider, not just a product seller—understand customer needs deeply and tailor the solution approach accordingly.
Secondary Responsibilities (Supportive Duties)
- Work closely with supply chain, technical, and marketing teams to align strategies and execution.
- Share market insights and collaborate with team members to develop integrated offerings and promote cross selling opportunities to potential clients in other fields.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and market trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis in the market and stay informed about market shifts, and innovation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, ideally in chemicals for ink, adhesives, or construction materials.
- Aggressive & Growth-Driven – Tenacity in pursuing targets, courage in venturing into new markets, and ambition to exceed expectations.
- Keen Learner – Passionate about gaining knowledge in new products and applications.
