Senior Project Construction Manager - ACH Management Co., Ltd

• Provide a leadership function within the company’s project and construction management department
• Provide Project Construction Management function for the successful delivery of projects within Thailand (and potentially internationally)
• Project roles may include full time site based roles to lead the delivery of a single project or overseeing multiple projects
• Prepare and manage and track project schedules (Microsoft Project)
• Ability to manage core aspects of construction projects including time, cost and quality
• Manage project control systems
• Prepare project and construction management systems, procedures, reports and documents
• Review designer/contractor documentation and provide input and recommendations with respect to constructability and sequencing of works
• Facilitate and chair project and client meetings as required
• Provide reporting and communication with Clients and other external project parties (English)
• Support the preparation of Contract documents on behalf of the Client and provide Contractual administration support to clients
• Prepare documents (word, excel, powerpoint and similar) as required for projects using company templates
• Support coordination between project parties (client, designers, others)
• Liaise and manage Construction Management team (internal and external)
• Liaise with Quantity Surveying team (internal and external) as required for cost related items
• Support resolution of project issues
• Manage and oversee Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Support Client inspections for defecting and similar
• Other task following Managing Director/Operations Director requirements or company policy

• Thai nationality only
• Seeking male or female with age of 35 – 45 years old
• Must have excellent communication in English both verbal and written/reading. Ideally attended an international school or international university
• Good understanding and ability using standard Microsoft products (word, excel, powerpoint etc.)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Project for scheduling and preparation of S curves
• Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a variety of tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or similar construction related field
• Good understanding of Architecture, Engineering and related construction works and methodology and planning
• Good understanding of building permit requirements and systems
• Must have driving license and vehicle and be prepared to travel
