Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Business Growth
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์และทิศทางการเติบโตของธุรกิจ AWS ในฐานะ Partner
- วิเคราะห์ตลาด คู่แข่ง และแนวโน้มเทคโนโลยี เพื่อพัฒนาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ
- กำหนดเป้าหมายรายได้ (Revenue Target) และติดตามผลการดำเนินงานร่วมกับทีมขายและ AWS
- ประสานงานกับทีม AWS/Distributor ในการบริหาร Product Portfolio, Pricing Model และ Promotion
2. Channel Management
- พัฒนาหน้าที่ พาร์ทเนอร์ Tier ในแต่ละระดับ (Registered, Select, Advanced)
- วางแผนและสนับสนุนโครงการ Enduser, Sales Incentive Programs, Funding, MDF, หรือ POC Credit จาก AWS ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานกับทีม AWS/Distributior เพื่อสนับสนุนการขายและกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
3. Marketing & Brand Communication
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมการตลาดเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และขยายตลาดของ AWS /ออกแบบแคมเปญร่วมกับ AWS/Distributor เช่น Webinar, Event, Promotion, Digital Campaign
- ควบคุมการใช้ Branding, Messaging และการสื่อสารให้เป็นไปตาม AWS Brand Guideline
ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของกิจกรรมการตลาด พร้อมจัดทำรายงาน ROI ให้กับ AWS และผู้บริหาร
4. Internal Coordination & Reporting
- ประสานงานกับทีมภายใน (Sales, Technical, Finance, Procurement) เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลยอดขาย, Campaign Performance, และรายงานประจำเดือน
- วางแผนงบประมาณการตลาดประจำปี และบริหารการใช้จ่ายให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายขององค์กร
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management (Manager level preferred)
- High ownership and accountability
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing to consumer markets
- Strong business management, analytical, decisive, and action-oriented
- Be able to analyze market information and provide the best strategic business plan for the product category.
