Responsibilities
Job Summary:
สนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคและโซลูชันให้กับทีมขายและEnduser สามารถออกแบบ ติดตั้ง และใช้งานบริการของ AWS ได้อย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมผลักดันการเติบโตของธุรกิจคลาวด์ผ่านการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงเทคนิค

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consultation & Solution Design
- ให้คำปรึกษาและออกแบบโซลูชันบน AWS ให้กับทีมขาย และ Enduser
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า (Requirement Analysis) และแนะนำบริการ AWS ที่เหมาะสม เช่น Compute, Storage, Database, Security, Networking, AI/ML เป็นต้น
- สร้าง Technical Proposal, Solution Architecture Diagram และประมาณการต้นทุน (Cost Estimation)
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม AWS/Distributor SA (Solution Architect) เพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้องของโซลูชัน
2. Partner Enablement & Training
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้และจัดอบรมเชิงเทคนิคให้กับEnduser (Workshop / Hands-on / Enablement Session)
- นำเสนอโซลูชันให้ลูกค้า (Co-Sell Support)
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนา Partner Tier และ AWS Competency
3. PoC & Technical Support
- วางแผนและดำเนินการ Proof of Concept (POC) ร่วมกับEnduserหรือทีมขาย
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคในช่วง Pre-sales และ Deployment ระยะเริ่มต้น
- ประสานงานกับทีม AWS/Distributor Support หรือทีม Technical ภายในเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค
4. Collaboration & Reporting
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Product, Sales, และ Marketing เพื่อพัฒนาโซลูชันและกิจกรรมทางการตลาดด้านเทคนิค
- รวบรวมและจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน เช่น Pipeline Support, Partner Enablement Summary
- อัปเดตเทรนด์เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ บน AWS และแนวทาง Best Practice เพื่อให้ทีมมีความรู้ล่าสุด
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Cloud, System Engineer, Pre-sales, or Solution Architect roles
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts and hands-on experience with AWS services
- Experience in solution design, architecture planning, and cost estimation on cloud platforms
- Familiar with networking, security, and basic infrastructure architecture
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, or technical enablement is a plus
- AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate or higher) is preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
