Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy consumer-facing AI features to drive engagement, traffic, and brand awareness, collaborating with marketing for campaign integration.
- Identify and automate manual, repetitive workflows to reduce time, cost, and errors, developing internal tools, integrations, and AI agents.
- Establish and maintain AI and data infrastructure, pipelines, and deployment processes for reliable delivery, setting engineering standards for the team.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities for AI to add value and present prioritized proposals to the CTO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ML/AI engineering, including building and shipping ML- or LLM-powered features to production.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python, with the ability to deliver features and integrations end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with LLM / generative-AI APIs and modern AI tooling.
- Demonstrated ownership and autonomy to scope, prioritize, and deliver with minimal supervision.
- Strong product and business judgment to translate operational and marketing goals into working solutions.
- Experience with Cloud and DevOps / MLOps practices (deployment, pipelines, monitoring).
- Experience with full-stack web development to ship features independently.
- Data engineering experience with retail/e-commerce systems is a plus.
- Prior retail or e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English.

What you will do
