HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Advice IT Infinite PCL

In this HR Business Partner role, you will contribute to aligning the organization's 'People strategy' with its 'Business strategy,' developing and executing HR initiatives that support growth and performance. You will manage the entire employee journey, from onboarding through their lifecycle, which includes resolving complex employee issues, cultivating a positive culture, and enhancing employee trust. You will serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with employees, and partnering with the Management Team as an internal consultant on employee matters to find effective solutions. Additionally, you will organize and support employee engagement activities, ensuring they are executed effectively to meet both employee expectations and event objectives. Your responsibilities will also involve analyzing data to drive improvements, solutions, and innovations in alignment with company strategies and core values.
