Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)
• บริหารและควบคุมโครงการติดตั้งระบบต่างๆ เช่น
o ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV)
o ระบบ Network / IT Infrastructure
o ระบบ Access Control, Fire Alarm, Security System
• วางแผนงานโครงการ (Project Planning) ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนส่งมอบงาน (End-to-End)
• ควบคุมระยะเวลา (Timeline), งบประมาณ (Budget) และคุณภาพงาน (Quality Control)
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้า ฝ่ายขาย (Sales) และผู้รับเหมา (Subcontractor)
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาหน้างาน และกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ควบคุมและบริหารทีมวิศวกร และทีมช่างเทคนิค
• ตรวจสอบแบบ (Drawing), BOQ และ Scope งานให้ถูกต้อง
• จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ (Progress Report)
• บริหารความเสี่ยง (Risk Management) ของโครงการ ดูแลการส่งมอบงาน และตรวจรับงานกับลูกค้า (Project Handover)
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ (Qualification)
1. อายุ 35~50 ปี, วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, โทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ (กว.), หรือมีใบรับรอง PMP (Project Management Professional) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
3. ประสบการณ์ด้านงานระบบ (CCTV / Network / Security System) อย่างน้อย 5–10 ปี
4. ประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการ หรือเป็น Project Manager อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
5. มีความรู้ด้านระบบ Network, IP Camera, Server และ Infrastructure
6. อ่านแบบและเขียนแบบ AutoCAD หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
7. มีทักษะการบริหารทีม มีความเป็นผู้นำ และการสื่อสารที่ดี
8. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
