Site Electrical Engineer (Communication Systems) / Khao Yai - Archetype Construction Consultants (Thailand) Limited

• Provide technical support for electrical and communication systems installations within the project’s functional area, assisting the team as required by the project structure.
• Supervise and manage on-site installation works for electrical and communication systems, including CCTV, Data Network, Fiber Optic, PA System, Access Control, and related low-current systems.
• Review electrical and communication engineering drawings, specifications, shop drawings, as-built documents, operation manuals, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections based on site-specific requirements as directed by the line manager and in accordance with the QA/QC process for the project.
• Monitor compliance of electrical and communication system works with approved drawings, specifications, and standards, advising line managers on discrepancies and recording any instances of non-compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of site activities and timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of communication systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Support Health & Safety requirements by reporting any infringements to the line manager and ensuring all electrical and communication systems meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of electrical and communication system commissioning procedures, ensuring all systems are fully functional and operationally sound.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on site and provide practical engineering solutions to support project completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Specialization or proven experience in Communication Systems such as CCTV, Data Network, Fiber Optic, PA System, Access Control, Fire Alarm Interface, and other ELV systems.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in site engineering, construction projects, or MEP works.
• Experience in building projects, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, or similar large-scale projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical engineering standards, communication system standards, and site installation practices.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of communication systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Khao Yai.
