IT Support - Archetype Construction Consultants (Thailand) Limited

• Oversee and maintain the local IT network, ensuring adherence to organizational standards for network administration, security, and user support at the head office and each working site (if required).
• Manage data security protocols, maintain user access controls, and perform regular data backups to safeguard against data loss or breaches.
• Monitor network performance and backup systems; escalate unresolved issues to the Information Technology Manager following established procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate with service providers for printing and internet services, ensuring all equipment is operational and performance standards are met.
• Seek and evaluate vendors for purchasing IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, and accessories, as well as program licenses. Compare prices and recommend the most suitable options to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Configure and maintain workstations, computers, software, email accounts, and server privileges for new hires; promptly revoke access for departing employees to ensure seamless onboarding and data security.
• Provide technical support to all local and visiting users, prioritizing and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Oversee the IT asset list report, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT support role within an organization with multiple sites or remote employees.
• Proficient in Networking and Internetworking technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows networking environments.
• Familiarity with Firewall, Internet Gateway, Email, Online Collaboration, Database, and Security Suite applications, including Anti-virus, Anti-spam, and Spyware solutions.
• Basic knowledge of design applications relevant to Architecture and Engineering is a plus.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with IT trends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English is required.
