Responsibilities

  • Support budget preparation and monitor budget versus actual performance, ensuring clear visibility on spending, commitments, and changes throughout the year.
  • Monitor project cost, margin, and financial progress, identifying variances, risks, or unusual patterns to facilitate timely discussions.
  • Assist with year-end financial closing and accrual preparation by providing relevant analysis and information.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses to support regular finance reviews and internal discussions, translating data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather financial and operational information necessary for project financial monitoring and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounting teams and group shared service teams to ensure financial data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Provide clear financial explanations and insights to enhance business understanding and inform discussions.
  • Perform other finance- or accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in finance, budgeting, project finance, financial analysis, or project control roles.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and fundamental accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and financial analysis model development.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in English for independent daily business communication.
  • Candidates with less experience but a hands-on mindset are welcome to apply.
