Responsibilities
Location : Phloen Chit Rd, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok
Working : Monday - Saturday 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM

- Manage and maintain all site documents, including the document storage system and registry, ensuring compliance with Archetype Thailand's standards and easy retrievability of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide requested documents to the project engineering team, prepare meeting reports, coordinate document statuses, and ensure accurate delivery to relevant parties.
- Conduct regular reviews of the document management system.
- Coordinate with Document Controllers from contractors, owners, and project engineers regarding document-related tasks.
- Facilitate the transfer of various documents between the site and the head office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on construction sites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
