Electrical Site Engineer - Archetype Construction Consultants (Thailand) Limited

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate electrical construction works for the Project. The role will ensure that electrical works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.

The position will work closely with the Construction Manager, contractors, designers, consultants, M&E teams, and the client to ensure smooth coordination and timely project completion, particularly within a live manufacturing environment.

• Supervise and monitor electrical construction activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, designers, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site issues.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Monitor electrical installation quality, inspections, testing, commissioning, and punch-list closure.
• Track electrical work progress against the project schedule and identify potential delays or recovery actions.
• Coordinate electrical works in a brownfield / live production environment, including shutdowns, tie-ins, access, and work schedules.
• Support the Construction Manager in reviewing electrical variations, contractor claims, progress, and site quantities.
• Monitor and maintain project documentation, including inspection records, NCRs, testing reports, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
• Provide daily and weekly updates on electrical progress, technical issues, quality, and schedule.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical construction and site supervision.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, factory expansion, renovation, or brownfield projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and interfaces with M&E, civil, structural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other disciplines.
• Experience working in an operating manufacturing facility is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
