Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Lead and document MEP site coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants; maintain action logs; and drive timely resolution of decisions and technical/site issues.
  • Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions, ensuring timely approvals.
  • Conduct regular inspections, implement QA/QC processes, and maintain accurate site records.
  • Support the development and execution of commissioning procedures and ensure proper handover documentation.
  • Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance at the site, reporting infringements and supporting corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and supervisors as required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support construction works.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction site experience in MEP works, with both main contractor and consultancy backgrounds.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, site inspections, and commissioning processes.
  • Proficiency in design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent); good command of MS Office.
  • Solid communication and coordination skills; good command of English preferred.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
