Site Civil Engineer (Thalang, Phuket) - Archetype Construction Consultants (Thailand) Limited

• Supervise on-site Civil & Structural (C&S) works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review project documents, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and As-Built Drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance, reporting any deviations to the line manager.
• Oversee construction progress, maintain accurate site records, and assist with QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance on-site, reporting any violations to the line manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Support project commissioning procedures and technical documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction site experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction methodologies, and project specifications.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with foreign managers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to the nature of site work.
• Previous experience in luxury residential or large-scale development projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Navisworks or BIM software is a plus.
• This position is based in Phuket for a Hospital project.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 17:00.
• Employment type: Fixed-term or Full-time.
