Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site Civil & Structural (C&S) works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review project documents, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and As-Built Drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance, reporting any deviations to the line manager.
- Oversee construction progress, maintain accurate site records, and assist with QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance on-site, reporting any violations to the line manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Support project commissioning procedures and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of construction site experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction methodologies, and project specifications.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with foreign managers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to the nature of site work.
- Previous experience in luxury residential or large-scale development projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with Navisworks or BIM software is a plus.
- This position is based in Phuket for a Hospital project.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 17:00.
