Senior IT Officer - Archetype Construction Consultants (Thailand) Limited

Location: ITF Tower, Silom, Bangkok ( Near BTS Chong Non Si, MRT Silom )

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and service-minded Senior IT Officer to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations for Archetype Thailand, supporting both Head Office and project sites.

As the key local IT contact, you will provide end-user support and manage local IT operations covering infrastructure, systems, IT assets, software licensing and cybersecurity requirements, while working closely with Group IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users at Head Office and project sites, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, system and access-related issues.
• Take ownership of local IT operations and coordinate with Group IT to ensure reliable and effective IT services in Thailand.
• Support and maintain local IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Windows environment, network connectivity, endpoint devices, printers and file storage.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, employee IT onboarding/offboarding and IT equipment allocation.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, renewals and related records.
• Support cybersecurity requirements, backup, system reliability and access controls in accordance with Group IT standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment, repairs, maintenance, software and other technology services.
• Coordinate IT setup and technical support for project sites, working with site teams as required.
• Maintain essential IT documentation and identify practical improvements to IT operations, systems and user support.

• Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing are essential for this role.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure, system administration or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environment, networking, user/access administration and endpoint support.
• Familiar with firewall/VPN, backup and recovery, cybersecurity, IT assets and software licensing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
• Strong service mindset in supporting users at all levels.
