• Provide technical consultancy to customer
• Provide solution and ROI for customer 
• Support Sales person in term of technical
• Printing test model for customer
• Responsible for open support case and keep track for claim part with vendor
• Conduct Technical Training to customers/partners
• Write and compile TOR
• Write / Translation of Technical content

• Degree in Engineering field
• Presentation skills
• Excellent coordination skills
• Passion to learn new technology especially additive manufacturing (3D Printing)
• Problem-solving ability
• Good service mind, Interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English
