Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and company monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop sales strategies to penetrate key verticals: Automotive, Aerospace, Medical/Dental, and Education.
  • Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key B2B accounts and industrial clients; act as a technical consultant to solve their production pain points.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge of our product portfolio (FDM, SLA, SLS technologies) to confidently demonstrate value over competitors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Support team to ensure customer success and with Marketing to align on lead generation campaigns.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Experience in Industrial Machinery, Engineering Software, or IT Hardware is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial), Business Administration, or related fields.
Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings or manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate with international principals.
  • Other: Own car and valid driving license (for client visits).
