Responsibilities
รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description):
เป็นกองหลังที่แข็งแกร่งและกองหน้าที่ว่องไวประจำสาขา ดูแลทั้งงานขายทางโทรศัพท์ งานเอกสาร และต้อนรับลูกค้าหน้าร้าน
- Telesales (โทรขาย): โทรติดต่อลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าเก่าตามรายชื่อที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อแนะนำสินค้า โปรโมชั่น หรือติดตามงานขาย (Follow-up) เพื่อปิดการขายเบื้องต้น
- Sales Admin (งานเอกสาร): จัดทำใบเสนอราคา (Quotation), เปิดบิลขาย, ประสานงานเรื่องการจัดส่งสินค้า และคีย์ข้อมูลเข้าระบบ
- Showroom Sale (ขายหน้าร้าน): ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของโชว์รูม ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่ Walk-in เข้ามา ให้คำแนะนำสินค้าเบื้องต้น และปิดการขายหน้าเคาน์เตอร์
- Coordination: ประสานงานสนับสนุนทีม Sales Engineer ที่ออกไปพบลูกค้านอกสถานที่ (เช่น ช่วยทำใบเสนอราคาด่วน หรือเช็คสต็อกสินค้า)
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telesales, Call Center หรือ ธุรการฝ่ายขาย มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง น้ำเสียงไพเราะ และรักงานขาย
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์คล่อง (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel) และพร้อมเรียนรู้ระบบโปรแกรมของบริษัท
- สามารถทำงานวันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ ได้
- มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในเขตศรีราชา หรือพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง (เพื่อความสะดวกในการเดินทาง)
