Responsibilities
- กำหนดกลยุทธ์และแผนงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด ประกอบด้วยยอดห้องพัก,ยอดขายเช่าอาคารพาณิชย์
- ศึกษาแนวโน้มทางการตลาดเพื่อเป็นโอกาสในการต่อยอดธุรกิจ
- ประสานงาน และทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ
- ศึกษา ให้คำแนะนำ และปฏิบัติงานในเชิงรุก ตามแผนงานและนโยบายที่ได้รับจากบริษัท
- ติดตามการทำงานฝ่ายบริหารอาคาร กรณีขึ้นโครงการใหม่
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย-หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และมีความซื่อสัตย์
- มีความอดทน ควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี
