Responsibilities
The Role:
We are looking for a strong Finance Manager to lead financial operations, cash flow management, budgeting, and funding strategies to support our property and asset portfolio growth.
This role works closely with senior management to ensure financial discipline, liquidity stability, and long-term asset value optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end closing
- Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital
- Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting
- Monitor rental revenue performance and cost control
- Support funding plans and liaise with banks and financial institutions
- Conduct financial analysis for new investments and asset optimization
- Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
- Lead and develop the finance team
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA / CPD is an advantage
- 7+15 years of finance experience, 5+ years in managerial role
- Experience in property, asset management, or investment business is preferred
- Strong financial analysis and cash flow management skills
- Good command of English
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and strong leadership
