Responsibilities
Business Intelligence and Dashboard
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports for apartment and property management business.
- Create reports for key business areas such as occupancy, revenue, collection, billing, water and electricity, room movement, outstanding balance, and project performance.
- Work with management and department heads to understand reporting needs and turn business questions into useful dashboards.
- Present data in a clear and easy-to-understand format for management decision-making.
Data Collection and Data Organization
- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from different sources such as Power Condo, SAP, Excel, internal systems, and department reports.
- Improve data structure to make information easier to search, analyze, and report.
- Help turn scattered data into a more organized database for business analysis.
- Check data accuracy and follow up with related departments when information is incomplete or inconsistent.
Business Analysis and Insight
- Analyze business performance and identify trends, problems, risks, and opportunities.
- Support customer and market analysis such as customer segment, location, occupation group, business sector, rental behavior, and payment behavior.
- Provide useful insights to help improve occupancy, revenue, collection, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Work with management to define KPIs and monitor performance by project, department, or business unit.
System and Process Improvement
- Work with IT, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Front Office teams to improve reporting workflow and data collection process.
- Support the design of new reports, data fields, dashboard requirements, and system improvements.
- Help reduce manual reporting, duplicated work, and errors in data preparation.
- Ensure data usage follows company policy and PDPA requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
2 to 5 years of experience in BI, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or related roles.
Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, data cleaning, data modeling, and dashboard development.
Able to analyze data and explain findings in a simple and practical way.
Experience with Power Query, DAX, ETL, database, ERP, SAP, or property management systems is an advantage.
Able to work with data from multiple sources and check data accuracy carefully.
Good understanding of business numbers such as revenue, collection, cost, occupancy, billing, and customer behavior.
Able to communicate with non-technical users and understand real business problems.
Detail-oriented, responsible, logical, and comfortable working with messy or incomplete data.
Experience in real estate, apartment, property management, hotel, retail, finance, or service business is an advantage.
