Responsibilities
- พัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันองค์กร โดยเขียนโค้ดแบบ Full-stack (Frontend, Backend, Database) เพื่อรองรับระบบ Power Condo และการดำเนินธุรกิจ
- ออกแบบ Logic ของระบบ ให้สอดคล้องกับ Workflow งานบริหารอาคาร และการเชื่อมต่อกับ SAP เพื่อให้ข้อมูลด้านการเงินและปฏิบัติการถูกต้อง
- ตรวจสอบและยกระดับคุณภาพโค้ด โดยลงมือเขียนโค้ดและทำ Code Review เพื่อให้ระบบมีความปลอดภัย เสถียร และรองรับการขยายตัว
- ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพฐานข้อมูล โดยออกแบบ Query และ Data Model ใหม่ เพื่อรองรับการทำงานแบบ Real-time และการทำรายงานพัฒนาการเชื่อมต่อระบบ โดยสร้าง API และ Interface ระหว่าง Power Condo, SAP และระบบอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลไหลอย่างไร้รอยต่อ
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ โดย Debug ครอบคลุมทุก Layer ของระบบ เพื่อรักษาความถูกต้องของข้อมูลและความต่อเนื่องในการทำงาน
- ออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมระบบ โดยใช้แนวคิด Scalable และ Modular เพื่อรองรับการขยายโครงการหลายอาคารและการเติบโตในอนาคต
- จัดทำเอกสารเทคนิค เช่น System Diagram และ Specification เพื่อให้ทีมสามารถดูแลระบบต่อได้อย่างมีมาตรฐาน
- ดูแลโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (Infrastructure) โดยควบคุม Server, Network และ Cloud ของแต่ละโครงการ เพื่อให้ระบบมีความพร้อมใช้งานและปลอดภัย
- ประสานงานระบบแอปพลิเคชันและ Infrastructure โดยทำงานร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ Deployment พร้อมใช้งานและระบบมีประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารจัดการ CI/CD และการ Deploy ระบบ โดยทำงานร่วมกับ DevOps และ Infrastructure เพื่อให้การปล่อยระบบมีความเสถียรและควบคุมได้
- บริหารทีมเทคนิค โดยพัฒนาและดูแลทีม Developer และ Infrastructure ให้ทำงานได้ตามเป้าหมาย มีความรับผิดชอบ และส่งมอบงานตรงเวลา
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 38 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์อย่างน้อย 5–8 ปี โดยมีทักษะการเขียนโค้ดแบบลงมือทำจริง (Hands-on)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารทีม อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี เช่น การดูแลทีม Developer หรือทีม Infrastructure
- สามารถพัฒนาและเขียนโค้ดได้ทั้ง Frontend, Backend และ Database
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนา API, การเชื่อมต่อระบบ (System Integration) และการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพฐานข้อมูล
- มีประสบการณ์จากบริษัท Software House หรือบริษัทที่พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product-based) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Full Stack Development (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน Infrastructure, Cloud และแนวทาง DevOps
- มีความมุ่งมั่นในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่การทำงานแบบดิจิทัลและเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่
