Responsibilities
- ควบคุมงานให้เป็นไปตามแบบและข้อกำหนดงานก่อสร้าง
- ควบคุมงานดูแลงานซ่อมแซมอาคาร บำรุงรักษาระบบสาธารณูปโภคภายในอาคาร และพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง เช่น ระบบน้ำดี/น้ำเสียระบบไฟฟ้าเป็นต้น
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณงานและมูลค่างานก่อสร้างที่ผู้รับเหมาเบิกงวดงาน ตามจริง
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานความคืบหน้าของการก่อสร้าง และงานซ่อมแซมอาคาร
- รายงานความคืบหน้างานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช., ปวส.สาขาช่างโยธา, ช่างก่อสร้าง ช่างสำรวจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 1-5 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านงานอาคารสูง/บ้านจัดสรร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- ใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
- มีทักษะการบริหารงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- ทำงร่างกายแข็งแรง ไม่มีโรคประจำตัวที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการทำงาน
- มีความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในงานก่อสร้าง
- มีรถยนต์และใบขับขี่
- พื้นที่ทำงาน จ.ชลบุรีและ จ.ฉะเชิงเทรา หรือตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
