Responsibilities
-ให้ข้อมูลห้องพัก ทำทะเบียนประวัติลูกค้า
-บันทึกและตรวจสอบการใช้น้ำ-ไฟ ของผู้พักอาศัย เพื่อออกใบแจ้งหนี้ในแต่ละเดือน
-รับชำระค่าเช่าห้องพัก
-รับเรื่องร้องเรียน การรับแจ้งซ่อมและคอยติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับผู้อยู่อาศัย
-ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริการลูกค้า และบุคคลภายนอกตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
-ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications
-เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
-การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
-รักงานบริการ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และมีความซื่อสัตย์
-มีความอดทน ควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี และรู้จักกาลเทศะ
-มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
-พูดภาษาพม่าได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
-รักงานบริการ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และมีความซื่อสัตย์
-มีความอดทน ควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี และรู้จักกาลเทศะ
