Responsibilities
1.ตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชี และตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายว่ามีเอกสารครบตามหลักเกณฑ์หรือไม่
2.ตรวจสอบงบการเงินแต่ละเดือน ไตรมาส ปี
3.จัดทำงบการเงินรวมของกลุ่มอสังหาริมทรัพย์
4.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่องานสำเร็จลุล่วงด้วยดี และให้คำแนะนำเพื่อแก้ปัญหาให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
5.ออกเยี่ยมโครงการเพื่อตรวจดูถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงในปัจจุบัน
6.วางแผนการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละเดือน เพื่อให้งานเสร็จทันเวลาตามแผนงาน
7.งานอื่น ๆ ตามสถานการณ์ ไม่ว่าช่วยฝ่ายอื่น และได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
8.ให้คำปรึกษาเพื่อแก้ปัญหาที่สำคัญก่อนเพื่อให้งานดำเนินต่อไปได้
9.ตรวจสอบงบการเงินในแต่ละเดือนตามกำหนดของการวางแผนงาน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการบัญชี (ถ้าได้ TA, CPA จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- หากผ่านงานบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีพื้นฐานความรู้ด้านหลักการบัญชีที่เข้มแข็ง (มาตรฐานการบัญชีชุดใหญ่)
- มีพื้นฐานความรู้ด้านภาษีอากรเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Excel ในระดับดี (อาทิ การใช้งาน Pivot Table และการใช้สูตรคำนวณต่าง ๆ)
- เป็นผู้ที่มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ และสามารถเรียนรู้งานได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีและสามารถปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการได้ (หากมีพาหนะส่วนตัวจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทัศนคติที่มุ่งเน้นการเติบโต (Growth Mindset) มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานเชิงรุก และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการใช้ AI ในการทำงาน
