Responsibilities

1.จัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี

2.วางแผนการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละเดือน เพื่อให้งานเสร็จทันเวลาตามแผนงาน

3.ค้นหาวิธีการและแนวทางในการทำงานใหม่ ๆ เพื่อลดขั้นตอนงานและงานเอกสาร

4.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่องานสำเร็จลุล่วงด้วยดี และให้คำแนะนำเพื่อแก้ปัญหาให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา

5.ควบคุม / ดูแลการผ่อนชำระเงินกู้ ( ธนาคาร,สถาบันการเงิน ) ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขสัญญาฯ

6.ควบคุม / ดูแล วงเงินค้ำประกัน เพื่อให้ทันเวลา และได้เงื่อนไขที่ได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุด

7.บริหาร / จัดการ กระแสเงินรับ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด

8.ตรวจ / อนุมัติ ใบสำคัญจ่าย ใบสำคัญรับ และเงินสดย่อยสำนักงาน ( รายรับ / รายจ่าย )

9.ตรวจ / อนุมัติ การจ่ายระบบ Kcash Connect Plus

10.ควบคุมการโอนเงินระหว่างบัญชี

11.ตรวจสอบ และจัดทำ Online Statement

12.ควบคุม / ดูแลงบประมาณของฝ่าย

13.ดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ให้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวินัยของบริษัทฯ อย่างเคร่งครัด

14.จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลงาน เพื่อเสนอต่อประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร ทุกเดือน

Qualifications

การศึกษาและประสบการณ์

1. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี

2. จบปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร การบัญชี หรือบริหารธุรกิจ

3. มีความรู้ ความสามารถ ด้านการการเงิน ทั้งด้านหลักเกณฑ์และแนวปฏิบัติทางการเงิน

4. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการเงิน 5 ปีขึ้นไป

5. มีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการทีมงาน และควบคุมดูแลแผนก 5 ปีขึ้นไป

6. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารด้านการเงินธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ทักษะและความรู้ความสามารถ

1. มีความรู้เรื่องหลักการบัญชี การเงิน การภาษีอากร และการจัดทำงบประมาณ

2. สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office และ AI Program ได้อย่างเชี่ยวชาญ

3. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงิน และการวางแผนกลยุทธ์เพื่อธุรกิจ

4. มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการวางแผนงบประมาณ และการวิเคราะห์ตัวเลข

5. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม
