Responsibilities
- ดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างสำหรับโครงการก่อสร้างของบริษัทฯ
- เจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไข รวมถึงเปรียบเทียบราคาจากผู้ขาย เพื่อให้ได้ข้อเสนอที่เหมาะสมและคุ้มค่าที่สุด
- จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) และบริหารจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดภายในแผนกจัดซื้อ
- ตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติและข้อกำหนดของวัสดุก่อสร้าง เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าสินค้ามีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานและราคาที่เหมาะสม
- ประสานงานและติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างประจำเดือน
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในหลักการทางวิศวกรรมและการอ่านแบบ เพื่อการเลือกใช้อุปกรณ์ที่ถูกต้อง
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- ความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และรอบคอบในการปฏิบัติงาน
