Responsibilities
- ดูแลกระบวนการนำเข้าสินค้าทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ รวมถึงการจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บริหารจัดการสัญญาและเอกสารทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทีมกฎหมายในเยอรมนีและสำนักงานกฎหมาย
- ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการสต็อกสินค้าให้มีความถูกต้องและเพียงพอต่อการดำเนินงาน
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในและภายนอกเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านการขายและการนำเข้า
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความแม่นยำ
- จัดทำรายงานและใช้ระบบ CRM และ SAP ในการบันทึกและติดตามข้อมูลการขายและการดำเนินงาน
- ให้คำแนะนำและดูแลพนักงานในทีมจำนวน 3 คน เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Sales Admin หรือ Import Operations 5-10 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการนำเข้าสินค้าและการบริหารจัดการสัญญา
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานระบบ CRM และ SAP ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการพูดและการเขียนในระดับดีเยี่ยม
- ทักษะการประสานงานและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดีทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- ความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำย่อยและดูแลทีมงานขนาดเล็ก
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อกับทีมงานต่างประเทศ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
