1. Recruitment and selection
   a) Plan annual manpower
   b) find sources of recruitment and coordination channels its inside and outside company
   c) Apwplication summary
   d) Summary of manpower request rate
Selection
   a) Scanning candidates and interviews
   b) Offer salary
   C) Arrange employment contracts, start work documents
   D) Accept new staff. Web 941 system sent to CWA.
   e) Create a history record file
   f) Make an employee cards
2.Employees Data
   a) Record employee information
   b) Update employee information To be accurate
   c) Monthly Manpower
   d) Monthly Turnover
   e) Qualification examination
   f) Personnel conditions
   h) Coordinate with ITS to maintain the system for new employees
3. Strategy
   a) Arrange JD
   b) MOU with university for student trainee
4.Law
   a) Law of Empowering Independent Living for Persons with Disabilities

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree
2.Experience in Recruitment 2-5 Years
3.Chinese communication skill , HSK4 up and back up for English skill.
