Responsibilities
- Plan and present work and facility management plans to management.
- Oversee maintenance, construction, and facility operations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage building systems, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, wastewater treatment, and related facilities.
- Prepare and control budgets, timelines, and contracts related to maintenance and facility services.
- Supervise projects, energy management, and energy conservation initiatives.
- Lead, train, and develop subordinates to achieve departmental and company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and relevant government agencies to support operations and resolve issues.
- Control departmental expenses within the approved budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or other related field.
2. Experience 5-10 years in facility system. (Air condition system, Water treatment, Electrical system, Safety system and construction building)
3. Process skill in Auto cad and MS office.
4. Can work under pressure.
