Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Lead talent acquisition activities for key positions and manage external recruitment agencies.
- Develop and implement talent development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, systems, and HR-related projects.
- Lead and develop HR and GA teams to support business objectives and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, including managerial or HRBP experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or multinational companies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and employee relations.
- Fluent in Thai and Chinese; intermediate or above English proficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
