Purchase Officer (Raw Material) - Lite-On Electronics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

Job Responsibilities
• Plan and execute raw material purchasing activities to support production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, material consumption, and supply status to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment follow-up.
• Work closely with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and related departments to resolve material shortages and delivery issues.
• Analyze inventory data and implement actions to optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
• Maintain purchasing records and ensure accurate transactions in SAP/ERP systems.
• Support cost reduction initiatives, supplier performance monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare purchasing reports and provide timely updates on material status, risks, and supply issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, and quality requirements

Qualifications
1. Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Material Planning, or Inventory Control is preferred.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
3. Familiarity with SAP, ERP, MRP, or other inventory management systems is an advantage.
4. Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
5. Chinese language proficiency would be an advantage.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
